Environmental Planning for New Construction

Under contract to the City and County of San Francisco, a CDIM principal performed environmental analysis to support installation of a new crime lab for the San Francisco Police Department. The scope of work involved coordination with the owner and architect to prepare a project description; contracting for specials studies for transportation, hazardous materials, wind and cultural resource; and preparing a CEQA initial study and mitigated negative declaration.  The project was completed on schedule and on budget, enabling the project owner to meet schedule milestones for obtaining municipal bond financing.  The Mitigated Negative Declaration is located here http://sfmea.sfplanning.org/2012.0342E_FMND.pdf
