Environmental Planning for New Construction
Under contract to the City and County of San Francisco, a CDIM principal performed environmental analysis to support installation of a new crime lab for the San Francisco Police Department. The scope of work involved coordination with the owner and architect to prepare a project description; contracting for specials studies for transportation, hazardous materials, wind and cultural resource; and preparing a CEQA initial study and mitigated negative declaration. The project was completed on schedule and on budget, enabling the project owner to meet schedule milestones for obtaining municipal bond financing.
