After spending 14 years working at Weiss Associates, and with a mix of deep gratitude, trepidation, excitement, and clear-eyed drive, I left that firm and started CDIM. My vision is for CDIM to be a place for environmental professionals to provide expert-level service while emphasizing customer service, advocacy and economic value. As a consultant, I most enjoy communicating with my clients to understand their objectives and then passionately advocating for those objectives while maintaining personal and technical integrity.
Mary Cunningham, PE
I am joined in the formation of CDIM by a California-registered project engineer, Mary Cunningham. Mary and I have worked together for over five years and Mary provides a rigid observance of technical detail, which complements my work style.
What sets CDIM apart from competing SF Bay Area firms is its focus on client service and advocacy, intelligent and experienced staff, tireless work ethic, and a burning desire to survive. Because we are a small firm with low overhead, we will add economic value to the consulting services we provide while maintaining responsiveness to client needs. Through our mutual contacts, Mary and I have built a wide network of consulting professionals to supplement our existing technical resources and to provide flexible staffing in response to client and project needs.
